Bookkeeper VS Accountant? What the hell do they do?

This episode is the most debatable topic amongst small business owners.   

“What does a bookkeeper do?” 

“What is the difference between accountant and bookkeeper?” 

“Who do I need?”

Having both the accountant & bookkeeper on board will enable flourishing success and further peace of mind knowing your finances are being taken care of. Although it seems straightforward for me but I can understand how confusing it is if you are not in this field of work.
